Problems with password when attempting to login

If you can't remember your DTS-Anytime account password, or the site reports what you entered is incorrect:

1. Go to the "Forgot Password" page: https://www.dtsanytime.co.uk/LostPassword.aspx
2. Enter your account email address
3. Click the "Reset Password" button to have the site assign a temporary random password to your account which it will then send to you in an email.
4. Use the temporary password we email.   You will be able to login once using this.
5. Once logged in using your temporary password set a new password of your own choice at https://www.dtsanytime.co.uk/Learner/resetPassword.aspx
