If you are using a Samsung Android device - the Samsung Browser does not support the playback of DTS-Anytime hazard perception videos. Please download, install then use the free Chrome web browser from Google Play.
Otherwise, this can be a symptom of a corrupted web browser cache - try clearing your web browser's cache as described in the appropriate section of the following article which covers Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, Opera, Android and iOS):
If you're using Windows 10 and Microsoft's new "Edge" web browser, the process is:
- Launch Microsoft Edge Browser.
- Click on "..." ("More action") icon in the top right corner of the browser and then click "the "Settings" option.
- In the "Settings" pane, scroll down to find the "Clear browsing data" option and then click the "Choose what to clear" button below.
- Select/Clear options as appropriate but ensure that "Cached data and files" IS ticked.
- Click the "Clear" button
If the issue persists, try using a different web browser:
- https://www.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/new/
- http://www.opera.com/computer/thanks?ni=stable&os=windows
If the issue remains, please contact us and specifically mention that you've already tried the above steps (else we'll most likely initially reply to suggest you do the above).
